Wine Club Policies

MEMBERSHIP
By joining the Sextant Wine Club, you are representing yourself as at least 21 years old. Upon signing this application, you agree to the following terms: You may cancel your membership after one year (3 shipments) with written notice 30 days prior to the next shipment. If you fail to complete these terms, then a $75 fee will be required at the time of cancellation. Wine allocation for club shipments is at the discretion of the winemaker, and bottles cannot be swapped out for other selections.

BILLING
Your credit card will be automatically charged 1-2 weeks prior to the shipment of any wine. Each wine shipment averages $110 for the First Mate’s Share and $160 for the Captain’s Share and will include the appropriate membership discounts. Applicable tax, shipping and handling charges will be added to your order. These terms are subject to change without notice.

DELIVERY
Unless you have designated a pick-up location, your wines will be shipped via UPS to the address you’ve provided. GSO or FedEx can also be requested. We can ship to most states and, if we are not able to ship to your state, you will be promptly notified as direct shipping laws are continually changing. Someone age 21 or older must be at the ‘ship to’ address the day of delivery to sign for the wine and should expect to show identification for age verification. If you elect to pick up your wines, then please note that shipments will only be held for the 30-day wine club pickup period. After that, un-retrieved orders will automatically be shipped to the primary address on file. Applicable holding, shipping, and handling charges will apply.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a Sextant Wine Club Member, your personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and handled in the utmost secure manner. We will never sell, lend, or give away your private information to any entity.
